Darren Meng is currently the President of Fangmeida International Translation Publishing House and the President of Kuala Lumpur Branch of Hong Kong Indonesian Studies Society. He is also an honorary Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wolverhampton in the UK, a member of the International Relations Committee of the Malaysian Translators Association (MTA), a training lecturer for court interpreters at the Malaysian National Translation Agency (ITBM), a certified lecturer at the Malaysian National Institute of Accreditation, an English writing specialist at Brainbench in the US, and an expert member of the German International Business Administration Accreditation Foundation (FIBAA). I have been engaged in translation and interpretation work for nearly 30 years, with diverse interpretation experience. I have provided interpretation services to United Nations agencies, governments, heads of state, and Fortune 500 companies; The interpretation projects I have participated in include the World Economic Forum (WEF), ASEAN Ministerial Meeting (AMM), Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), World Chinese Chamber of Commerce (WCEC), China Malaysia Economic Forum, and more; I have participated in several Hollywood film productions and served as a speaking coach.
