Rights and Interests of Sponsors
I. Rights and Interests of Participants
(1) Package A: 2800 RMB/participant: participation qualification including opening ceremony, one main forum, two sub-forums, an exhibition, a matchmaking conference, a job fair, a sharing session; 2 nights accommodation during the Forum, 2 lunch buffets; full set of conference materials and gifts.
(2) Package B: 2300 RMB/participant: participation qualification including opening ceremony, one main forum, two sub-forums, an exhibition, a matchmaking conference, a job fair, a sharing session; 1 night accommodation during the Forum; 2 lunch buffets; full set of conference materials and gifts.
(3) Package C: 1800 RMB/participant: participation qualification including opening ceremony, one main forum, two sub-forums, an exhibition, a matchmaking conference, a job fair, a sharing session; 2 lunch buffets; full set of conference materials and gifts.
II. Rights and Interests of Exhibitors
(1) Booth fee of the Exhibition: 20,000 RMB /piece
1.Standard booth (3m*2m), supporting table and chairs (one table and two chairs), electricity charges, exhibition board production (designed by yourself), installation and maintenance;
2. Two participants can enjoy rights and interests of Package A;
3. Other specific rights and interests shall be subject to the agreement negotiated and formally signed by both parties.
(2) Booth fee of the Matchmaking Conference: 4800 RMB /piece
1. A booth and supporting table and chairs (one table and two chairs), exhibition board production (design by yourself), installation and maintenance;
2. Two participants can enjoy rights and interests of Package C;
3. Other specific rights and interests shall be subject to the agreement negotiated and formally signed by both parties.
(3) Booth fee of the Job Fair: 2800 RMB /piece
1. A booth and supporting table and chairs (one table and two chairs), exhibition board production (design by yourself), installation and maintenance;
2. One participant can enjoy rights and interests of Package C;
3. Other specific rights and interests shall be subject to the agreement negotiated and formally signed by both parties.
Ⅲ. Rights and Interests of Corporate Sponsors
Three levels: Bronze sponsors, Silver sponsors and Gold sponsors;
(1) Bronze Sponsor
1. Fee: 50,000 RMB /time
2. Online Rights and Interests:
（1）The rights of putting sponsor’s advertisement and website on the Forum website with a link to the Sponsor’s homepage;
（2）Hard and soft advertisements are pushed twice (2 articles);
（3）Being interviewed and covered by media partners for one time respectively.
（4）Obtaining the official sponsor certificate issued by the Organizing Committee, and the using the title of "Bronze Sponsor of Hainan International Forum on Translation Industry and Talent Development" in external publicity;
3. Offline Rights and Interests:
（1）Offering an exhibition booth of the Matchmaking Conference;（2) Playing promotional video during the opening ceremony (15 seconds video provided by the sponsor);
（3）The rights of putting sponsor’s name and logo on the LED live screen of during the main forum and sub-forums;
（4）Priority of sponsorship in all activities held by the Forum;
（5）Two participants can enjoy rights and interests of Package B;
（6）Pick-up service during the Forum;
（7）Putting sponsor’s introduction or advertisement on the Forum manual;
（8）Sponsor’s material included in Forum handbag;
（9）A one-to-one liaison service;
（10）An access to the database of Forum members for better to promote communications and exchanges;
（11) Being acknowledged by hosts before, during and after the event and being promoted in host string;
（12）Priority of sponsorship in next year’s event;
（13）Other specific rights and interests shall be subject to the agreement negotiated and formally signed by both parties.
(2) Silver sponsors
1. Fee:100,000 RMB /time
2. Online rights and interests:
（1）The rights of putting sponsor’s advertisement and website on the Forum website with a link to the Sponsor’s homepage;
（2）Sponsor’s name and logo appears on the media partners of the Forum.
（3）Hard and soft advertisements are pushed fourth (4 articles);
（4）Being interviewed and covered by media partners for one time respectively;
（5）Obtaining the official sponsor certificate issued by the Organizing Committee, and the using the title of "Silve Sponsor of Hainan International Forum on Translation Industry and Talent Development" in external publicity;
3. Offline rights and interests:
（1）Offering a booth of the Exhibition and a booth of Job Fair or Making conference;
（2）Speech by the sponsor leader in one of sub-forums (lasting 5-10 minutes);
（3）Playing promotional video during the opening ceremony(30 seconds video provided by the sponsor);
（4）The right of putting sponsor’s name and logo on the LED live screen of the main forum and sub-forums;
（5）The rights of putting sponsor’s name and logo on the LED live screen during the concurrent activities of the Forum;
（6）Priority of sponsorship in all activities held by the Forum;
（7）Four participants can enjoy rights and interests of Package B;
（8）Priority of seating arrangement in all activities held by the Forum;
（9）Shutter service during the Forum;
（10）Sponsor’s billboards or LOGO walls placed at the entrance and exit of activity venues of the Forum;
（11）Putting sponsor’s introduction or advertisement on the Forum manual;
（12）Sponsor’s material included in Forum handbag;
（13）A one-to-one liaison service;
（14）An access to the database of Forum members for better to promote communications and exchanges;
(15) Being acknowledged by hosts before, during and after the event and being promoted in host string;
（16）Priority of sponsorship in next year’s event;
（17）Other specific rights and interests shall be subject to the agreement negotiated and formally signed by both parties.
(3) Gold sponsors
1. Fee: 200,000 RMB /time
2. Online rights and interests:
（1）The rights of putting sponsor’s advertisement and website on the Forum website with a link to the Sponsor’s homepage;
（2）Sponsor’s name and logo appears on the media partners of the Forum;
（3）Hard and soft advertisements are pushed sixth (6 articles);
（4）Being interviewed and covered by media partners twice respectively;
（5）Obtaining the official sponsor certificate issued by the Organizing Committee, and the using the title of "Gold Sponsor of Hainan International Forum on Translation Industry and Talent Development" in external publicity;
3. Offline rights and interests:
（1）Offering a booth of the Exhibition and a booth of Job Fair or Making conference;
（2）Speech by the sponsor leader in one of sub-forums (lasting 5-10 minutes);
（3）Playing promotional video during the opening ceremony(45 seconds video provided by the sponsor);
（4）The right of putting sponsor’s name and logo on the LED live screen of the main forum and sub-forums;
（5）The rights of putting sponsor’s name and logo on the LED live screen during the concurrent activities of the Forum;
（6）Priority of sponsorship in all activities held by the Forum;
（7）Four participants can enjoy rights and interests of Package A;
（8）Priority of seating arrangement in all activities held by the Forum;
（9）Shutter service during the Forum;
（10）Sponsor’s billboards or LOGO walls placed at the entrance and exit of activity venues of the Forum;
（11）Putting sponsor’s introduction or advertisement on the Forum manual;
（12）Sponsor’s material included in Forum handbag;
（13）A one-to-one liaison service;
（14）An access to the database of Forum members for better to promote communications and exchanges;
（15) Being acknowledged by hosts before, during and after the event and being promoted in host string;
（16）Priority of sponsorship in next year’s event;
（17）Other specific rights and interests shall be subject to the agreement negotiated and formally signed by both parties.
IV. Other rights and interests
(1) Hotel buffet: 188 RMB/person;
(2) Hotel accommodation: 850 RMB/night (including breakfast);
(3) BUICK GL8 car rental: 1380 RMB/day (including 200 kilometers mileage in 8 hours; the excess is charged at 50 yuan per hour and 5 yuan per kilometer).
