On October 13, 2024, the organizing committee of the 2024 "Haiyu Conference" held its first negotiation with Hainan Hengrui Group and MARA, the head of the British City Language School. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on the upcoming Haiyu Conference. During the meeting, the organizing committee extended an invitation to MARA to participate in the forum. MARA expressed gratitude for this and gained a detailed understanding of the goals and current progress of the Haiyu Conference. We have carefully studied the materials of the Haiyu Association and expressed our intention to actively organize teachers from the UK to participate in the forum, adding an international perspective and professional depth to the forum.
This invitation is an important step for the organizing committee of the Shanghai Language Fair to promote the internationalization of this year's event. The participation of Hainan Hengrui Group will bring support and practical experience from the business community to Haiyu Association, while the addition of the British City Language School indicates that Haiyu Association will have a wider international participation and academic influence. The organizing committee appreciates MARA's positive response and looks forward to further cooperation with Hainan Hengrui Group and British City Language School to jointly promote the successful holding of the forum.
The organizing committee of the Haiyu Conference will continue to actively communicate with various domestic and foreign parties to ensure that the forum can gather global wisdom, create a high-level academic exchange platform, and provide new ideas and impetus for the development of the language service field. The organizing committee of the Haiyu Conference expresses sincere gratitude to all individuals and institutions who have participated in and supported the forum, and looks forward to discussing the future trends of language services with people from all walks of life at the forum.
