Ma Haiyan, a doctor of translation, a visiting scholar of Manchester University, UK, and a top talent in Hainan Province, is currently a professor, master's supervisor, and vice president of the School of Foreign Languages of Hainan Normal University, and the executive director of the School of International Language Services of Hainan Normal University.
