Chen Yihua, a leading talent at the provincial level, a third level professor, and a doctoral/postdoctoral cooperative supervisor in comparative literature, has worked in teaching and research at universities such as Wuhan University of Technology, Hunan University, Jinan University, and Delhi University in India. He is currently a dual professor at the School of Foreign Languages and the School of Literature of Hainan Normal University, as well as the dean of the School of Foreign Languages/International Language Services/Regional Studies Institute. He is a first-class leader in the discipline of foreign languages and the person in charge of the national first-class professional construction point (English). He also serves as an expert in the evaluation and achievement appraisal of Chinese social sciences, an expert in the evaluation and recommendation of journals by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the vice chairman of the Provincial Foreign Language Professional Teaching Guidance Committee, the director of the South League National Research Center of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, the executive director of the China Language Education Research Association, Director, Executive Director of the National Language Service Education Alliance As an executive director of the Language Service Research Committee and other positions, he has published over 60 papers in CSSCI and above core journals, authored more than ten monographs and translated textbooks, and led over 20 international and domestic research projects, including the Ford Foundation Asia Program (ASF), National Social Science Fund, Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Project, National Language Commission Major Project, State Council Overseas Chinese Affairs Office Textbook Project, and Provincial Social Science and Provincial Major Education Reform Project.
